Preparing
We will visit your property if you have requested a survey, discuss your requirements, determine the size of vehicle required and provide a quotation for packing and dismantling services, ensuring you receive an accurate quote.
Collecting
Our Birmingham-based removals crew will protect all carpets and walkways, load and protect your possessions in transit. If you have opted for the packing service, this is normally carried out the day prior to your move.
Delivering

I had Middleton Moving for my large house move in April. I found them quick to respond to my enquiry, Amanda was super helpful attending to complete the quote and had a wealth of knowledge and helpful tips for me! When I had a last minute request for an earlier date she even answered over the weekend and was able to assist me to help us reschedule, which was incredibly helpful.I had a full packing service as well as the removal, and was very impressed with the quality and care of all the packing and loading. I found everyone extra helpful, and very diligent. I was updated on progress and consulted throughout. Everything was carefully dismantled and rebuilt. I found all the people that attended over the 3 days were polite and friendly and everyone seemed determined to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend them for your move and packing requirements! I'd always suggest the packing service is well worth investing in, they do such a better job than you'd ever do yourself, all the right equipment and packaging, nothing broken in transit! Moving is hard work all any time, so take the help!

Mark and the team helped relocate my elderly parents from Solihull to the other side of Oswestry over the Welsh border. They packed with care and attention, took everything away over night for safe keeping, and delivered over the border the following day. Excellent service from start to finish. Amanda was great with the quoting, explaining everything with great detail so we understood what we'd be signing up to.We had a good number of boxes delivered to pack up with, and bubblewrap etc for protecting breakables.On the day of the move the guys (sorry can only remember Daves and Ryans names out of all 5 of the moving guys!) were great. Turned up when they said they would, worked super far but also took care with the loading and also a nice bunch of guys, making whats a very stressful day easier on us.Once we got the keys to our new house they unloaded quickly and efficiently, making sure we were in a position where we could be comfortable for our first night in the new house.If you choose to go with Middleton Moving you won't regret it.

Excellent professional and friendly service right from the initial quote, providing boxes and packing materials (4 times!) through to the move day itself. We had a LOT of stuff to move, the 5 guys on the day worked so so hard but were always polite and careful - cannot praise them highly enough. All the boxes and furniture were taken to the specific rooms/outbuildings we asked them to go to and stacked safely. Paintings and fragile items and furniture were safely padded and transported with no problems at all. All in all a top rate service at a very good price - I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a removal company.Thanks to Amanda for running such a top company.

Above & beyond what was a complex, difficult move with several date changes. Not only was a reasonable price quoted and paid, Amanda was supportive, patient and understanding which completely gave me confidence & reassurance amidst my stress! A great move from start to finish - very helpful re boxes before the move, and the 2 chaps on the sat were careful (laying protectors on the carpets) and efficient - 4 bed house move in 6 hours was fairly pain free!! Definitely recommend these guys (and I already have recommended them!!)

This removal company offered support and reassurance, and a great job was done by every member. The staff worked so hard during the day and treated all my furniture and house with respect. Covering all the floors and cleaning as they went. We really didn't have anything to do. All our worries about such a big event in our lives were taken away. Used this company, and all your problems are sorted by Dave and Amanda. Also, they looked after their staff during the day.

We were so happy with the service provided by this moving company . Amanda who is the administrator is an absolute star. We had many issues confirming a moving date and Amanda accommodated every issue that was raised. I am a pensioner with a disabled husband . The three men who moved us worked hard in a very professional way. They put all our clothes into mobile wardrobes and unpacked them into our wardrobes in our new home. We paid for insurance but they covered all our tvs and furniture and there were no horrors . We would definitely recommend this company .

From Amanda's first visit it was obvious this firm is a cut above the rest. The service to be provided was clearly explained & questions readily answered. Within a very short time packing tape, wrapping paper & bubble wrap were delivered (we didn't require boxes). Unfortunately several unforeseen delays caused the move to be put back numerous times resulting in ten months elapsing between initial visit & actual moving day. Amanda was very courteous every time she was told of yet another delay. On moving day a team of three & boss Dave arrived promptly & the entire contents of the house were packed & on the van in four hours. Dave packed all the fragile items quickly but carefully. The move was over 200 miles but the van arrived at the estimated time with a crew of two, Jason & Dean. To assist with unloading a further two had been enlisted locally. Two & a half hours later van unloaded & crew on the way home. Their motto appears to be ' that's what we're here for'. Nothing was any trouble, everyone was friendly & polite. We have moved around the country several times & Middleton have got to be the best removers we have encountered. Would highly recommend.

David is very clear and does exactly as promised. When he makes a commitment you really do have his word. He is punctual and reliable. He delivered a commercial freezer within the drop of a hat and managed to get adequate parking/access to our awkwardly located shop. The item was strapped securely and wrapped to ensure no damage. He had the item within our premises within a matter of minutes. Professional service with a friendly smile. A cut above the rest! Middleton Moving very graciously offered to move a Piano for me free of charge as I was donating it to a local school. The school didn’t have the budget to arrange for transport but after I spoke to Middleton Moving they offered to transport free of charge.The removal team arrived when they said they would, promptly. Had all the necessary equipment to protect the piano and my house, floor and walls. No damage to either house or piano and was removed from the house in a few minutes - even though I wasn’t paying I was very very happy with the service - I have spoken to the school and arrived safe and sound so overall an excellent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate using them for my next move. We can not say how great our experience was with Middleton Movers. From the the very start, the team in the office were able to send someone out for a quote the same day. For those who have moved, you know much things can change day to day. The team were more than accommodating of our needs and responses to all off our queries were within no less than 1 hour of contacting them. On removal day, the team arrived right on time and took the MOST care to ensure all of our items were packed with the best care. We moved with some expensive pieces of art and the team made sure each piece was wrapped in materials that suited the type of canvas and paint. HUGE thanks to Dave who kept my plants in his office for a week while the rest of our items were in storage and they came back in better condition then they left in. It took the team record time to unpack all of our items, ensuring everything was where we needed. Great group of easy going guys who made sure customer service was their top priority. THANK YOU!

I reached out to Middleton Movers recently after losing both my parents in a very short space of time, as they lived in a council property we didnt have a lot of time to remove their belongings. This was such a stressful time. Dave Middleton (owner) so very kindly supplied boxes, bubble wrap etc as well as a man with a van so to speak - Dave would not accept any form of payment from me, talk about going above and beyond. Dave and his team moved us and all our belongings from Alrewas to Aberystwyth. It was a complex move, with heavy stones, paintings and a lifetime of accumulated stuff. Dave and his team were unfailingly friendly and good-humoured and nothing was too much trouble, even moving a heavy chest of drawers up and then down the stairs, because we had asked for it to be in the wrong place. The third day of the move with three trucks involved 125 miles of travel to Aberystwyth. The five men were fantastic. I shall definitely use Middleton Moving again.Staff were all polite, professional and respectful and yet at the same time good natured and friendly.Even more importantly all my 'treasures' including my collection of Beswick horses and my beautiful oak desk (dad's) were packed, stored, transported and unpacked safely - in the same condition.They arrived punctually and spent as long as was needed on packing and unpacking. What a great team! Amanda was brilliant arranging a quote and answering all my questions in record time. The guys turned up on time, were friendly, professional and took great care with all our items. Even helped out with a little rearranging when we arrived to our new home. If I could give Middleton Moving 10 stars I would, five just isn't enough. From the quote stage to the last item placed in our new home - the service was excellent. It snowed the day before we moved, and I was so worried the move wouldn't go ahead - but nothing stopped these guys. They took care of everything we had, went the extra mile, were all polite and courteous - they just made everything about the move itself easy and simple. With a bit of good humour thrown in, they were as efficient as you can be - we would never try and move by ourselves again. You pay for quality - don't hesitate about using Middleton Moving - we are so glad we used them - thank you for all you did!

A fantastic service from these guys right from the start when they can to provide a quoteEveryone we encountered was friendly, good humoured and helpful. No question was too much trouble to answer.Protective flooring used in both properties, furniture dismantled and care taken in the packing and unloading.We felt comfortable at all times with everyone that was in the house. They were polite and courteous, working tirelessly to get us moved.We would not hesitate to recommend them nor to use them again.

Often I write, did what it said it did.........on this occasion its a little different. Phoned Dave after others just didnt come back to me. Sent me details, agreed fee, date and timings etc. David and his team turned up and did a fantastic job, ours was a massive task which we were a little ill prepared for but the team helped, advised and generally worked their socks off to get it done........fantastic job, collected delivered and packed into the containers ready for onward shipment. Words are not enough, a massive task and done brilliantly. Many thanks to the team.

We moved at the first opportunity since the end of Covid19 lockdown. We had hoped to move in February but it became the end of June. Dave Middleton honored everything, even if memory led to some minor confusions. They packed for us and the one broken item that required expensive repair, he paid for without any argument. This was despite his insurance company for this very scenario apparently Declaring ‘they would not pay up as they didn’t have confirmation it was not already broken.’ Is there zero integrity in insurance companies? Thank you Dave for your professional removal.

From quotation to end of removal we received a 5 star professional service. Dave and the team plus three on the day of move were truly amazing. Friendly and hard working. We were provided with boxes, wrapping etc. Carpets were protected along with precious items. We found them to be priced competitive and they are worth every penny. Anybody placing their removal with this company will not be disapointed. Lastly I have to mention Amanda in end of phone for any queries, nothing too much trouble and a lovely friendly and efficient service again. Thanks to all for making our move go as smooth as it could.
